ASSOCIATION JEAN COTXET is dedicated to safeguarding the well-being, education, and personal development of children and adolescents who face social, moral, or behavioral challenges in the Paris region. We believe that every young person deserves a safe, nurturing environment in which they can grow, thrive, and build resilience, regardless of the difficulties they encounter in life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to protect, educate, and support minors at risk, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. We achieve this by:

  • Providing Safety and Protection – Ensuring that children and adolescents are in secure environments where their physical, emotional, and moral well-being is prioritized.

  • Fostering Personal Development – Offering educational programs, life skills training, and guidance to empower young people to make positive choices.

  • Promoting Inclusion and Social Integration – Encouraging children to engage with their communities, build healthy relationships, and develop a sense of belonging.

  • Supporting Families and Caregivers – Collaborating with parents, guardians, and social services to provide comprehensive care and guidance for the minor’s holistic development.

Our Vision

We envision a society where every child and adolescent has the opportunity to grow in safety, dignity, and confidence, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through our programs, we aim to:

  • Reduce the risks associated with social, moral, or behavioral challenges.

  • Foster resilience and self-confidence in young people.

  • Build inclusive communities where minors are supported, valued, and guided toward positive futures.

  • Serve as a model of effective child protection and youth support in the Paris region.

Our Values

At ASSOCIATION JEAN COTXET, our work is guided by a set of core values:

  • Protection – The safety and well-being of children is our foremost priority.

  • Education – Knowledge, guidance, and learning are essential tools for personal growth and empowerment.

  • Empathy and Respect – We approach every child with understanding, dignity, and patience.

  • Inclusion – We strive to ensure that every young person feels seen, supported, and part of the community.

  • Resilience – We help children develop the skills and confidence to overcome challenges and thrive.

How We Work

Through carefully designed programs, we provide individualized support to minors who face challenges in their daily lives. Our initiatives include educational workshops, mentorship programs, counseling services, recreational activities, and social integration efforts. By addressing the emotional, social, and educational needs of each child, we aim to create pathways toward stability, growth, and success.

Our experienced team of social workers, educators, and volunteers works closely with families, schools, and local authorities to ensure that each child receives the care and guidance they need. This collaborative approach allows us to respond effectively to the complex needs of minors at risk.

Looking Ahead

As we continue our work in the Paris region, ASSOCIATION JEAN COTXET seeks to expand our programs and partnerships to reach even more children and adolescents. By fostering resilience, inclusion, and personal growth, we aim to empower young people to face life’s challenges with confidence and hope.

Closing Note

At ASSOCIATION JEAN COTXET, we believe that every child has the right to a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Through protection, education, and guidance, we strive to help minors at risk build brighter futures. We invite the community, partners, and supporters to join us in making a tangible difference in the lives of children and adolescents who need it most.
